The focus of our strategy was a complete organisation transformation, encompassing branding, narrative, and core values. The strategy accurately mirrored THCH's existing market position and stakeholder perceptions. It positioned us for future success. It established a theme of introspection, transformation, and renewed dedication to community. To ensure the plan was a living, breathing narrative, we created sub-strategies for core business areas that fed into the overarching goals.
