Working across the different worlds of the organisation, from Executives to Cleaners, we conducted an in-depth exploration of Flagship Group’s essence, spanning its past, present, and future. Our strategy fostered a deep examination of its existing values and purpose. To breathe life into the objectives, we created a set of new operational principles that worked to guide employee pathways and underline that the journey itself is the destination.
